Transfer Company & Group Outplacement
Your employees and colleagues in good hands.
What sets a KARENT transfer company apart
Three principles underpin the success of our transfer companies and group outplacement programmes.
Intensive coaching for swift results
Our consultants bring years of outplacement experience and work to KARENT's high standards. A particularly favourable consultant-to-client ratio ensures that everyone receives intensive support.
A clear divide between coaching and job placement
Every KARENT transfer company is supported by its own job-search team. This lets the consultants focus fully on their clients, while our job searchers build a shared pool of vacancies across all clients from day one.
Tailored, individual training
As an independent transfer company, we select the best training provider on the market for each individual case. We deploy training budgets in a targeted way, rather than spreading them thin.
What is a transfer company?
A transfer company offers employees who are losing their jobs a fixed-term employment contract. The employees leave their former employer and legally become employees of the provider — but they do not work; instead they are placed on zero-hours short-time work. The provider pays the transfer short-time allowance and usually tops it up to 80–90% of the last net salary, offers vocational training and actively places people into new jobs.
We support your employees and colleagues through restructuring, advise HR managers and works councils, are AZAV-certified and apply for funding from the employment agencies on our clients' behalf.
