Once the works council and the employer have agreed on the details of the transfer company and the social plan, implementation can begin. It is important to us that all employees are well advised and supported from the outset. We hold information sessions on site and, where appropriate, offer a drop-in surgery on the contents of the tripartite contract as well as an advice hotline.
Employees who are offered the move into a transfer company are often unsure whether to accept. The so-called "tripartite contracts" in particular are complex and need explaining, given the legal framework involved.
For this reason, every transfer company begins with an information session and a drop-in surgery on site. Our experts introduce KARENT and explain what a transfer company means for each individual. We take the time needed until every question has been answered.
Over the following days, employees receive their individual offers in the form of a tripartite contract. A member of the HR department or a KARENT expert is available to answer any questions at a drop-in surgery.
